STL has made the difference between reaching dozens and literally reaching thousands. In an evening high school assembly, in a gym with 2,000 students, something as simple as a microphone and
sound system purchased with STL funds can be a tool to see lives changed. As a youth pastor, we sacrificed for STL in my youth group. For 3 consecutive years, we gave around $40,000. Why? Because
the students knew that STL makes the difference. We are not short on money, we are short on time. STL helps a missionary like me make the most of my time and reach as many as possible.
If STL didn't exist, I would have to scale back drastically on the amount of ministry I do. A STL car makes it possible for me to travel between 50,000 and 60,000 miles a year in the state of
Iowa. We couldn't use multimedia to communicate a never-changing message in a relevant way with today's teenager. We couldn't accomplish the vision God has given us.
